How fast do orders ship?
Order by 2pm ET and we dispatch the same day from Ontario. Everything goes out cold-packed, and shipping is free on orders over $150 anywhere in Canada.
Do you ship across Canada?
Coast to coast, every province and territory. Parcels are discreet with nothing identifying on the box.
How should I store the vials?
Keep lyophilised vials cold and out of light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within the window noted on your protocol. We ship cold-packed so they arrive in spec.
How is a vial reconstituted?
Research protocols use bacteriostatic water, swirled gently and never shaken. The Peptide Planner does the reconstitution math for you.
